We are a respected, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation service catering to the unique needs of people with neurological conditions. With a team of over 170, we provide the most comprehensive allied health services in our sector with innovative rehabilitation centres across Melbourne, Hobart and Albury along with an extensive home visit and community-based service. Our service includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Neuropsychology, Dietetics and Allied Health Assistants.
Job Description
Customer Engagement Officer role:
The Customer Engagement Officer works efficiently and effectively to optimise services for new and current clients and supports therapy and allied health assistant team members with diary management and administration tasks. The Customer Engagement Officer will report directly to the Customer Engagement Team Manager.
The position is available full-time with a hybrid work structure of 1 day minimum in the office (in Deer Park) and 4 days working from home per week. The successful applicant must be in our Deer Park clinic every Tuesday for a dedicated Customer Engagement Team working day.
The pay rate is based on the Health and Support Services Award 2020, Support services level 7 at $31.18/hr ($61,623.90pa).
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer support and services to new client referrals
Allocating clients to relevant allied health services
Supporting therapy and allied health assistant team with diary / funding management and administration tasks
Developing strong working relationships with our NDIS, TAC and My Aged Care referral partners
Promotion of NeuroRehab services through marketing support / attendance at marketing events
